1) Who we are
MySeoToolbox (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of a sole trader established in the United Kingdom.
Registered business correspondence address: 42 Woodfall Avenue,EN5 2 HA, London.
You can contact us at
info@myseotoolbox.com
2) Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration and billing information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority
to bind that business to these Terms.
3) Plans, usage limits and fair use
Your plan (Free, Starter, Pro, Business) controls features such as number of websites, historic data retention, and URL/redirect quotas. We may rate-limit or pause crawls that materially impact platform stability or other users’ experience.
Abusive or unlawful use is prohibited.
4) Crawl scheduling is best-effort (no guarantee of daily runs)
You can schedule crawls (e.g., daily) and we will
use reasonable skill and care to run them. However,
crawl execution and completion are not guaranteed and may fail or be delayed for technical reasons
(e.g., target site blocks, DNS/SSL errors, timeouts, robots.txt, third-party outages, maintenance, or platform issues). Results represent a snapshot at crawl time and may differ from your live site. You acknowledge these operational
realities and agree we are
not liable for missed, partial, or delayed crawls or for decisions you make based on crawl outputs. (Peer tools present similar limitations and provide the software “as is”.)
5) Acceptable use
You will not: (a) attempt to access accounts or data other than your own; (b) circumvent quotas or security; (c) interfere with the Service; (d) use the Service to breach applicable laws, contracts, or third-party rights (including
crawling where you lack permission or in a manner that overloads a site).
6) Your data
You grant us a licence to process your input data (project settings, seeds, credentials you supply, etc.) and generated results solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for backing up exports and reports. We retain
historic data per your plan and may purge older data to enforce plan limits.
7) Third-party sites and dependencies
Crawls interact with your websites and third-party infrastructure (hosting, CDNs, DNS, WAFs, analytics, etc.). We don’t control those systems and aren’t responsible for their availability or behaviour.
8) Support and maintenance
We aim for high availability but may suspend the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We provide reasonable support via our help resources and email; no specific response times are guaranteed.
9) Fees, billing, renewals and changes
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as shown at checkout). Prices and plan inclusions may change; we’ll give reasonable notice of material changes (typically at least 30 days for ongoing subscriptions).
10) Cancellation, cooling-off & refunds
How to cancel. You can cancel any time from your account/billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you’ll retain access until then. Unless required by law or expressly
stated otherwise,
fees are non-refundable and we don’t provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods. (This aligns with common UK subscription practice.)
11) Trial and promotions
Trials and promotional offers are subject to the terms presented at sign-up. We may revoke a trial for misuse. At trial end, the plan will renew on the selected paid tier unless you cancel.
12) Intellectual property
We and our licensors own all rights in the Service. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service during a paid-up subscription in accordance with these Terms.
13) “As is” warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided
“as is” and “as available”. We exclude all warranties, conditions, and representations to the fullest extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and
uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14) Liability cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
MySeoToolbox (operated by Maria Andreana Piluzza) shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business
interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms.
Our total aggregate liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be limited to the
total fees you have paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for
death or personal injury caused by negligence,
fraud, or
any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
15) Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, or non-payment. You may terminate by cancelling per §10. On termination, your right to access the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period,
subject to legal requirements.
16) Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms from time to time. For material changes to ongoing subscriptions, we’ll provide advance notice (typically 30 days). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
17) Governing law
These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers resident in the UK/EU may benefit from mandatory local consumer protections.
